- Filosa Herbal Products LLP is a company registered in India, operating on a Network Marketing model.
- The company offers health supplements and personal care products.

3. Definitions
- Company: Filosa Herbal Products LLP.
- FBD (Filosa Business Developer): Any individual who joins the company to promote and sell its products.
- Products : Health supplements and personal care items offered by the company.
4.Eligibility
- Individuals must be 18 years or older to become an FBD.
- FBDs must provide valid identification and address proof during registration.
- FBDs must agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the company.
5. Joining and Membership
- Interested individuals must complete the registration process and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Membership is subject to approval by the company.
- FBDs are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their personal information.
6. Product Sales and Distribution
- Products are sold directly to consumers as per Direct Selling Association guidelines.
- FBDs are responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products.
- FBDs must not engage in any fraudulent or misleading marketing practices.
7.Compensation and Earnings
- Earnings are based on the sales performance of the FBD and their team.
- Detailed compensation plans will be provided upon registration.
- FBDs must comply with all applicable tax regulations and are responsible for their own taxes.
8.Business Plan
- The business plan includes various levels of achievements and bonuses based on sales volumes.
- FBDs can earn bonuses after buying 30 BV products, with a minimum billing of 1000 rupees.
- The plan supports unlimited direct sponsors, and income is deposited into bank accounts every Thursday.
9. Code of Conduct
- FBDs must act ethically and professionally.
- Misrepresentation of the company or its products is strictly prohibited.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abuse is not tolerated.
10.Return and Refund Policy
- FBDs and consumers can return products within 3 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the company’s return policy guidelines.
11. Termination
- The company reserves the right to terminate an FBD’s membership for any breach of these terms and conditions.
- FBDs may voluntarily terminate their membership by providing written notice to the company.
12.Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, and proprietary information related to the company are the intellectual property of Filosa Herbal Products LLP.
- FBDs must not misuse or infringe upon the company’s intellectual property rights.
13. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mutual discussion.
- If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they will be referred to arbitration as per Indian laws.
14. Modification of Terms
- The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- FBDs will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
15.Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
